The SuperTIG 315EX is a 400 V AC/DC TIG welder for demanding workshop and production use. 315 A of TIG current handles heavy aluminium, while the 10 A lower limit and adjustable pulse keep thin sheet under control. A water-cooled WP18 torch comes as standard.
In AC mode the machine welds aluminium and its alloys; in DC mode steel, stainless, chrome-moly, titanium and copper. AC frequency (20–250 Hz) and AC balance (10–90 %) are set independently, so arc width and oxide cleaning can be tuned to the job.
Stick welding runs up to 250 A with electrodes up to 5 mm. Hot Start and Arc Force help the strike and keep the arc stable.
A water cooler is not included and is recommended above 180 A. Shielding gas, tungsten electrodes and filler rod are sold separately.

Kyllä on helppoa hitsaaminen, kun ei ole tehon puutetta. Hyvin onnistuu alumiinikannen korjaus ja painekotelon rakentaminen.
Meinaan väkisin turruttaa laatusaumaa, alumiinirunkojen rakentelussa hermeettinen kapine!
