Welders that live up to the spec sheet
Granhult duty cycles are rated at 40 °C, as the welding equipment standard EN 60974-1 requires. Every machine carries a 24-month warranty including professional use, and consumables, manuals and support are available in Finland.

Four machine families
Every Granhult machine is an IGBT inverter. Pick a family by welding process and the power you have available.

AC/DC TIG
For aluminium, stainless and thin sheet. Pulse, AC balance and HF start on every model.

TIG + plasma
AC/DC TIG, stick and a plasma cutter in one chassis. One machine, one socket, fewer cables.
See models →
Plasma cutters
IGBT inverters with HF pilot arc. They cut through paint and rust, also available with a built-in compressor.

MIG/MAG
Synergic inverter MIG welders with Euro torch connection. Gas or flux-core, takes a 5 kg spool.

Two questions are enough: what you weld or cut, and what socket the workplace has. 230 V is a standard household socket, 400 V is three-phase power (16 A).

SuperTIG 315EX
The heaviest Granhult TIG. Full power on aluminium from three-phase.

SuperTIG 250EX
Pulse TIG with the adjustment range professionals expect.

SuperTIG 200EX
Full AC/DC control from a standard 230 V socket.

MicroTIG 185DA
Compact AC/DC TIG for a standard socket.

PowerMaster 205
Aluminium welding and plasma cutting from one 230 V machine.

PowerMaster 256
Three-phase multi-process: 250 A AC/DC TIG and 60 A plasma.

PL100D
The most powerful Granhult plasma: cuts 35 mm.

PL80D
The workshop workhorse: 25 mm clean cut.

PL60D
60 A three-phase plasma, CNC-ready.

PL50D
Plasma from a regular socket.

Plasma 80 Air
Compressor built in. Plug in and cut.

Plasma 60 Air
Self-contained plasma: no hoses, no separate compressor.

PowerMIG 250S
Synergic 250 A MIG on three-phase.

PowerMIG 210S
Digital MIG on 230 V.
What you can count on
months warranty
Including professional use. Warranty and service are handled by the Finnish importer.
duty cycle rating
Duty cycles are stated at the standard 40 °C, so the figures are comparable.
inverters
IGBT power modules and digital control on every model for a stable arc.
manuals and parts
Finnish-language manuals to download. Consumables and spare parts stocked in Finland.
How to read the specifications
Every welder carries a rating plate. Granhult technical data uses the same symbols, so machines are easy to compare with each other and with other brands.
- U1
- Input voltage and phases230 V 1~ = standard socket, 400 V 3~ = three-phase.
- I1max / I1eff
- Current drawn from the mainsDetermines the fuse. Example PL80D: I1eff 18 A, runs on 16 A fuses.
- I2
- Welding currentCurrent delivered to the work, given as a range, e.g. 5–250 A.
- X
- Duty cycleThe share of a 10-minute cycle the machine can weld at a given current at 40 °C. 60 % = 6 min welding, 4 min cooling.
- U0
- Open-circuit voltageHigher U0 starts the plasma arc more easily. 200–250 V on Granhult plasma cutters.
| Mode | X | I2 | U2 |
|---|---|---|---|
| TIG DC | 60 % | 5–250 A | 10.2–20 V |
| TIG AC | 60 % | 20–250 A | 10.8–20 V |
